Swing Into Spring
“Swing Into Spring”, the PTO’s annual fundraiser auction, will take place this year on Saturday, May 12, from 6:00 to 10:00pm at the Mount Washington Conference Center at 5801 Smith Avenue. Tickets are $40 each, or two for $75. The auction features food, music, and a cash bar, and free childcare will be provided for MWS students.

MWS Named National Blue Ribbon School
On September 15, MWS was selected as a National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. This recognition comes on the basis of rigorous state and national requirements for high achievement and dramatic improvement. A ceremony honoring MWS and the other Blue Ribbon Schools will be held in Washington, D.C., in December.
